West African Dance classes every Saturday from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm.

Accompanied by live drumming, burn over 600 calories while you burn the floor with energetic rhythms, upbeat cardio steps, and fun dance choreography. Beginners encouraged.

REFORMER PILATES + JUMPBOARD Impact: Low to Moderate | Variety of Levels | Socks or Bare Feet Reformer Pilates classes are semi-private, and designed to maximize your body's potential. Enhanced by Balanced Body's sophisticated spring resistance technology, each workout is tailored to you. Incorporating Mat and Reformer repertoire, props, and progressions, each session is engaging and fun. After only a few sessions, you will benefit from improved strength, stamina, and alignment. We offer four class level options: Foundation | The ideal class if you are new to Pilates. Gain experience on a reformer, learn fundamental Pilates principles, rehabilitate injury, and refresh your Pilates technique with this informative class. Open | This versatile level is recommended if you have previous experience using a reformer. Develop your technique, practice modifications, learn progressions, and build resistance with this dynamic class. Intermediate/Advanced | This challenging level is a suitable option if you are very experienced on a reformer. Master advanced repertoire and progressions, and increase spring intensity with this fast-paced class. Jump Board (Int/Adv) | A challenging cardio Reformer class for experienced clients. Similar to a trampoline, this class uses Jump Boards to heighten your heart rate, challenge your cardio endurance and improve your ankle knee, and hip stability. This class incorporates a variety of beginner, intermediate and advanced repertoire, particularly emphasizing your core and legs.  *We recommend taking at least one Foundation Level or Private session prior to joining Open Level classes.

With emphasis on the body's core, Mat Pilates classes introduce beginners to the principles of Pilates, and challenge advanced clients by incorporating props, and combining a variety of modifications and progressions. Learn fundamental Pilates principles, increase your body's awareness, rehabilitate injury, and refresh your Pilates technique with this informative class. Using foam rollers and massage balls, this class is designed to educate you on self massage, myofascial release, and effective stretching techniques. Maintain your body's youthfulness, prevent injury and relieve stress with this explorative and relaxing class.

STRETCH + LENGTHEN

Impact: Low | Open Level | Socks or Bare Feet

Complement your weekly workout regime with Stretch + Lengthen. Using foam rollers and massage balls, this class is designed to educate you on self massage, myofascial release, and effective stretching techniques. This challenging class combines strong upper and lower body sequences, plank series, core work, balancing poses, and rejuvenating stretches. Using dynamic choreography to blend the benefits of Pilates and yoga, this class will leave you centered, focused, and conditioned from the inside out.

YOGA + CORE

Impact: Low to Moderate | Open Level | Socks or Bare Feet

Yoga + Core is a Pilates-infused yoga workout. This challenging class combines strong upper and lower body sequences, plank series, core work, balancing poses, and rejuvenating stretches. Using dynamic choreography to blend the benefits of Pilates and yoga, this class will leave you centered, focused, and conditioned from the inside out.

DANCE WITH JULES Impact: Moderate to High | Open Level |  Socks or Bare Feet Let yourself go with Dance with Jules. After a warm-up that incorporates stretching, modern dance, jazz, and hip hop basics, you will move through a series of exercises that condition you to the core. You will then learn a dance combination that builds cardio stamina while you shake it like a hot-bodied dancing queen.

Impact: Moderate to High | Open Level |  Socks or Bare Feet

Let yourself go with Dance with Jules. After a warm-up that incorporates stretching, modern dance, jazz, and hip hop basics, you will move through a series of exercises that condition you to the core. You will then learn a dance combination that builds cardio stamina while you shake it like a hot-bodied dancing queen.
