Part-Time and Full-Time Pilates Instructors

Requirements:
Must be certified to teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates.
Pre/Postnatal certified preferred.
If not Pre/Postnatal certified, you’re willing to obtain within first 3 months of employment.

Compensation
Attractive base rate with starting earning potential of up to $80 per session.

Paid as Employees

• All team members are paid as employees and therefore ERP covers 50% of social security & medicare taxes

Volunteering Days

In an effort to encourage an ongoing commitment to DOING GOOD, ERP offers 2 ‘DOING GOOD Volunteering Days’ per year which allow paid time off for employees to volunteer their time at charities or organizations.

Ongoing Education Program: Professional Development & Anti-Racism Training

We value the growth and development of our people. Each year we offer the opportunity for employees to be reimbursed for professional development related to their role and anti-racism training. The current budget is:

• Professional Development Budget: $200 for instructor roles / $500 for management roles

• Anti-Racism Training Budget: $200 per person

Time Off

In order to maintain an inclusive and flexible work environment, employees are entitled to request time off for any public, religious, national, cultural, secular, or alternative holiday.

• ERP offers full-time salaried employees a total of 20 days/4 weeks of accrued Paid Time Off, which takes into account 13 days/104 hours per year of Paid Time Off and 7 days/56 hours for Floating Federal Holidays which may be used for any occasion.

• All salaried employees & managers are entitled to take up to a maximum total of six (6) weeks of time off per calendar year.
