Studio Manager

Role

The Studio Manager’s role is to provide support to the Studio Director, manage the Client Relations team and instructor communications, and oversee the daily operations of all ERP studio locations. In line with ERP’s mission to empower, educate, and inspire all people through the life changing benefits of Pilates, this role is designed to lead a positive studio culture, maintain an excellent standard of professionalism, presentation, and client service, and expand the reach of the company’s vision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clean, safe and fully operational studios

  • Manage studio inventory and vendor relationships

  • Manage Mindbody software

  • Anticipate, identify, and proactively problem solve emergency situations

  • Manage staff training procedures

  • Provide assistance to Studio Director

  • Manage Client Relations Representatives

  • Oversee daily studio operations

  • Manage company-wide operations, communications, and documents

  • Manage work schedules

You have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline

  • 3+ years’ work experience in a client-centered, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment

  • 1+ years’ work experience in the fitness or wellness industry

  • Strong initiative

  • Demonstrated experience and success with managing teams

  • Able to confidently lead teams and collaborate with diverse personality types

  • Strong decision making and negotiation skills

  • Exceptional written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to evaluate business priorities to meet deadlines

  • Proactive and reactive problem-solving capabilities

Client Relations Representative

Role

The Client Relations Representative’s role is to provide exceptional client service and communications to our clientele, maintain excellent studio presentation standards, and facilitate smooth daily studio operations. In line with ERP’s mission to empower, educate and inspire all people through the life changing benefits of Pilates, the Client Relations Representative team works together to create a warm and welcoming space, build positive relationships with clients and team members, and maintain a safe, clean, and professional studio environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all clients and complete class sign in

  • Manage all client email communications

  • Actively promote packages and special offers to eligible clients

  • Open and close the studio

  • Manage daily studio operations, including day-of class scheduling, emergency-management, weather-management, and deliveries

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable studio environment

  • A high school diploma or more
