Adult Beginner Dance (like the hot bitch you always knew you were) is a high intensity, body positive movement class open to all levels, designed for the absolute beginner as well as the seasoned dancer to improve coordination, stamina, tone muscles and most of all... This workshop starts with a mind body warm up, getting the muscles warm and the mind open to imagine your fiercest freest self. Warm up is followed by Pilates based core conditioning to tone, strengthen, and lengthen before we get into a dance cardio workout. We’ve teamed up with Australian Physiotherapist, Chloe Gregor, to present an interactive, practical, and educational Master Class that will equip you with all you need to know about good posture.  In this 75 minute Master Class, you will:  - Improve your spinal mobility and reduce any stiffness in the spine - Stretch and lengthen your neck and shoulders, relieving tension - Strengthen your postural muscles to improve the way you sit and stand  Learn life-enhancing, habit-changing and confidence-boosting knowledge!

With a focus on alignment, core activation and stability challenges, you’ll activate and fatigue each muscle group, experiencing a super strengthening, zero-impact interval workout with instant lift and tone for your muscles.  Feel the burn and then stretch it out for suppleness and length.

This rejuvenating 90 minute workshop combines the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD oil, with Pilates-based stretching and manual release.  This interactive workshop will begin with an educational discussion about CBD - what it is, its non-psychotropic benefits, and how to use it to relieve muscle tightness and pain. After applying Annie’s homemade CBD muscle rub, infused with organic essential oils, you’ll then be guided through deep release exercises using massage balls and foam rollers.  Let your mind and body unwind with this super relaxing class.
