Prenatal Pilates Course
with Aussie Physiotherapist, Chloe Gregor

This Comprehensive Course Covers: 

  • The pregnancy organs, the prenatal body and the biomechanical changes throughout pregnancy
  • Common conditions experienced during pregnancy; including diastasis rectus abdominis, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic girdle pain and low back pain, and how to manage these in your client
  • Contraindications and precautions of exercise during pregnancy 
  • The specific goals of Pilates for the prenatal woman 
  • How to structure a Prenatal Pilates session 
  • Specific Prenatal Pilates exercises and modifications

Adult Beginner Dance (like the hot bitch you always knew you were) is a high intensity, body positive movement class open to all levels, designed for the absolute beginner as well as the seasoned dancer to improve coordination, stamina, tone muscles and most of all... Let loose, werq the hairography, and feel the pleasure and power of our moving bodies.

This workshop starts with a mind body warm up, getting the muscles warm and the mind open to imagine your fiercest freest self. Warm up is followed by Pilates based core conditioning to tone, strengthen, and lengthen before we get into a dance cardio workout. Finally, we'll learn basic choreography integrating all the tools we've gained, and dance and sweat and shake our tail feathers with total abandon 'til we just can't shake no more

  • Common knee injuries, including; meniscal tears, tendon tears, patellafemoral syndrome, and ACL, MCL and PCL injuries
  • Strategies to manage knee pain, and ways to modify exercises for your body

Hosted by Chloe Gregor, who holds a Masters in Physiotherapy from Australia, this workshop will blend Pilates theory, as well as specific Pilates exercises and workout guidelines for rehabilitating knee injuries.

Hosted by MMA specialist Gerard Welch and personal trainer, Jowanda Durham, this 3.5 hour workshop will introduce you to the importance and benefits of knowing key self defense techniques, strategies, and skills. In this fun, active, and energetic workshop, you will learn how to:

  • defend yourself against a larger adversary,
  • control an attacker without harming them,
  • anticipate an attack and diffuse conflict,
  • and learn how to flee from an aggressor.
