Part-Time and Full-Time Pilates TEACHERS

Requirements:
Must be certified to teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates.
Pre/Postnatal certified preferred.
If not Pre/Postnatal certified, a willingness to obtain within first 3 months of employment.

Compensation
Certified Pilates Teacher: Minimum starting base rate of $53-$55 depending on Pre/Postnatal certification with earning potential of up to $80+ per class
Senior Pilates Teacher: Minimum starting base rate of $65 with earning potential of $90 per class

Paid as Employees

  • All team members are paid as employees and therefore ERP covers 50% of social security & medicare taxes

Paid Safe and Sick Leave

  • We offer 1 hour of paid safe and sick leave to all employees for every 30 hours worked which can be claimed at any time for any reason

Volunteering Days

In an effort to encourage an ongoing commitment to DOING GOOD, ERP offers 2 ‘DOING GOOD Volunteering Days’ per year which allow paid time off for employees to volunteer their time at charities or organizations.

Ongoing Education Program: Professional Development & Inclusivity Training

We value the growth and development of our people. Each year we offer the opportunity for employees to be reimbursed for professional development related to their role and inclusivity training. The current budget is:

  • Professional Development Budget: $200 for instructor roles / $500 for management roles

  • Inclusivity Training Budget: $200 per person

Time Off

In order to maintain an inclusive and flexible work environment, employees are entitled to request time off for any public, religious, national, cultural, secular, or alternative holiday.

  • ERP offers full-time salaried employees a total of 21 PTO days/168 PTO hours per year. This total takes into consideration 13 regular PTO days, plus 8 Floating Holiday PTO days to account for the number of Public Holidays observed by ERP annually, which may be used at any time at the employee’s discretion.

  • All salaried employees & managers are entitled to take up to a maximum total of six (6) weeks of time off per calendar year.
