Pilates Teacher Associates

Requirements:
Must be certified to teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates.
Pre/Postnatal certified preferred.
If not Pre/Postnatal certified, a willingness to obtain within first 3 months of employment.
Compensation
Certified Pilates Teacher: Minimum starting base rate of $53-$55 depending on Pre/Postnatal certification with earning potential of up to $80+ per class
Senior Pilates Teacher: Minimum starting base rate of $65 with earning potential of $90 per class

Volunteering Days | DOING GOOD Initiative
In an effort to encourage an ongoing commitment to DOING GOOD, ERP offers 2 Volunteering Days per year which allow paid time off for employees to volunteer their time at charities or organizations.
Ongoing Education Program: Professional Development & Inclusivity Training
We value the growth and development of our people. Each year we offer the opportunity for employees to be reimbursed for professional development related to their role and inclusivity training. The current budget is:
Professional Development Budget: $300 for part & full-time teacher roles / $500-$1000 for certain management roles
Inclusivity Training Budget: $250 per person
Time Off
In order to maintain an inclusive and flexible work environment, employees are entitled to request time off for any public, religious, national, cultural, secular, or alternative holiday.
ERP offers full-time salaried employees a total of 22 PTO days/176 PTO hours per year. This total takes into consideration 14 regular PTO days, plus 8 Floating Holiday PTO days to account for the number of Public Holidays observed by ERP annually, which may be used at any time at the employee’s discretion.
All salaried employees & managers are entitled to take up to a maximum total of six (6) weeks of time off per calendar year.
