This rejuvenating 90 minute workshop combines the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD oil, with Pilates-based stretching and manual release.  This interactive workshop will begin with an educational discussion about CBD - what it is, its non-psychotropic benefits, and how to use it to relieve muscle tightness and pain. After applying Annie’s homemade CBD muscle melt, infused with organic essential oils, you’ll then be guided through deep release exercises using massage balls and foam rollers.  Let your mind and body unwind with this super relaxing class.
