Pause Request Submission and Procedure:
To initiate a pause, members must complete an official pause request form
The form must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the desired start date of the pause.
You will receive a formal confirmation email once your pause request has been processed.

Members are welcome to pause their membership a maximum of 2 times per calendar year.
Pause Duration:
Each pause must be a minimum of 2 weeks and can extend to a maximum of 12 weeks.

Membership fees will be automatically suspended during the pause period.
The paused membership will automatically reactivate after the specified pause duration.
Any remaining time in the billing cycle and unused class credits will be carried over upon reactivation.
