Roles Available
Full-time & Part-time Certified Pilates Teachers
Part-time roles require a minimum of 10 hours per week
Full-time roles require a minimum of 20 hours per week
All part-time roles have the potential to grow into a full-time role.
All roles have a mix of privates & classes
Position Overview
As an ERP Pilates Teacher, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive client relationships, creating a safe and inclusive studio atmosphere, and upholding ERP's mission to share the life-changing benefits of Pilates with all people. You'll be responsible for delivering Pilates instruction at an exceptional standard, maintaining a welcoming studio environment, and contributing to the growth and success of ERP.
Skills & Qualifications
Certification Prerequisites
450-hour comprehensive Pilates education, including Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, and Barrels, or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
At minimum must be Mat and Reformer certified.
Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates Certification, or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months of employment.
Current CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.Must have early morning, evening and at least one weekend day availability.
Professional Teaching Experience
Demonstrated experience teaching 6 or more clients in an apparatus-based class and/or 10 or more clients in a Mat class, and Private appointments.Maintain open availability for a minimum of 10 teaching hours per week for part-time positions and 20 teaching hours per week for full-time positions.
Experience teaching on Balanced Body equipment and in-depth understanding of safety features.
Demonstrated success in building a loyal client following.

Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Deliver Pilates instruction to an exceptional standard.
Maintain high-class occupancy rates and client satisfaction ratings.
Create a welcoming and inclusive studio environment.
Act as a studio ambassador in line with ERP's mission and core values.
Compensation & Benefits
Certified Teacher: Minimum starting base rate of $53-$55 depending on Pre/Postnatal certification with earning potential of up to $80 per class
Senior Teacher: Minimum starting base rate of $65 with earning potential of $90 per class
Bonus payments in addition to base rate, for every class over 60% capacity.
Paid training and sign on bonus paid over the first 3 months of employment.
