Role

The role of East River Pilates’ (ERP) Studio Assistant is to provide support to the Studio Manager and the Client Relations Manager and maintain clean, safe, and fully operational studios with pride. In line with ERP’s mission to ‘empower, educate, and inspire all people through the life changing benefits of Pilates,’ this role is designed to maintain ERP’s excellent standard of professionalism, studio presentation, and client services.

Reports to

  • Morgan Burns, Studio Manager (SM) & Danielle Phillips, Client Relations Manager (CRM)

Commitment

This is a part-time position. Weekend availability required. We are looking for someone who is confident being the first point of call for emergency situations that come up at unexpected times e.g. a sudden flooded basement.

Work Location

This position is based out of 3 studio locations and will require onsite working hours. The exact schedule will be agreed upon during the onboarding process, and reviewed as required.

Compensation

$25 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to Studio Manager and Client Relations Manager

  • Manage Client Relations email inbox (hello@eastriverpilates.com) on weekends

  • Maintain clean, safe and fully operational studios

  • Oversee studio inventory

  • Anticipate, identify, and proactively problem solve emergency situations

  • Oversee weekend studio projects

  • Manage Momence (booking) software

  • Manage internal company communications & documents

  • Work experience in the fitness or wellness industry a plus

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to evaluate priorities to meet deadlines

  • Proactive and reactive problem-solving capabilities
